We are an intentionally small group practice providing you with individualized care and attention - every session! We are a group of independently licensed, deeply passionate therapists who use Emotionally Focused Individual Therapy (EFIT) to help individuals.

Emotionally Focused Individual Therapy (EFIT) can be helpful and healing when dealing with depression, anxiety, trauma recovery, and many other mental health issues. EFIT is a gentle therapeutic method used to heal trauma without re-traumatizing. EFIT may be combined with other therapeutic interventions depending on individual needs and is an effective treatment for adults.

Emotionally Focused Individual Therapy (EFIT)

EFIT offers both symptom relief and deeper personal transformation by exploring patterns of engagement that may unintentionally perpetuate feelings of pain, alienation, anxiety or other forms of distress. 

It focuses on key emotions and emotion regulation strategies, and offers a path to shaping new ways of engaging that can lead to powerful transformative experiences towards living more wholeheartedly, and feeling more balanced and resilient.

  • Narrative Therapy

    is a collaborative, respectful, non-blaming approach to counseling which centers people as the experts of their own lives. Narrative therapy focuses on giving people the tools to re-author their narrative or story in a more balanced and compassionate way.

  • Polyvagal Informed Therapy

    is a type of therapy that takes into account the body's reaction to stress or dangerous environments. We help you understand how the nervous system functions, "map" your nervous system to get a better sense of how the body is responding to stress, as well gain clarity on the everyday things that are causing that stress.
